Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain English, what we do with the details you send us. In short: we only use them to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who we are
We're DJT Property Services, a local property services firm providing building, landscaping and maintenance work for homes and businesses across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. We're the people responsible for the personal information described on this page.

What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form on this website. That's:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The message you write to us
You don't have to fill in the phone number, but it helps us get back to you quickly. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't collect any special or sensitive information.
How we use it
We use the details you send us for one thing only: to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or arrange the work you've asked about. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for marketing.
How enquiries are handled
When you submit the contact form, it's processed on our behalf by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that simply forwards your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms acts as our processor for that delivery. It passes your enquiry to us and doesn't use it for its own purposes. From there, your enquiry sits in our email account like any other message, and we deal with it from there.
How long we keep it
We only keep your details for as long as we need them, to deal with your enquiry and any work that comes from it, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch about the same job. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This website is deliberately simple. It uses no tracking cookies and no analytics, and it doesn't collect any personal information about you beyond what you choose to send through the contact form. Because nothing is tracked, there's no cookie-consent banner to deal with.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over the information we hold about you. In particular, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of your information
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
To make any of these requests, just email us at djtpropertyservices19@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. There's no charge, and we'll respond as quickly as we can. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
