Structural and fabric repairs to commercial and residential buildings: brickwork and repointing, rendering, roofing repairs, guttering, doors and windows, damp and rot, and making good after damage. We handle both planned work booked in advance and reactive call-outs when something's failed and the building needs to stay open.

Property Maintenance

The steady, unglamorous work that stops small problems becoming expensive ones: gutter clearing, pointing, painting and decorating, fence and gate repairs, jet washing, minor carpentry, and the running repairs a building throws up over a year.

Garden waste, household clear-outs, builders' rubble and full commercial site clearances: loaded, taken away and disposed of responsibly. We hold a registered waste carrier licence and provide full duty-of-care documentation for commercial jobs, so your paperwork is right.

We'll walk the space with you, talk through what's realistic for the budget, and give you a fixed price before we lift a slab. Commercial grounds welcome too: car parks, forecourts and shared outdoor areas.

Garden & Tree Maintenance

Regular tidy-ups, mowing, hedge cutting, border care and seasonal clear-downs, plus proper arborist work: crown reduction, pruning, deadwooding, felling and stump removal, carried out safely and cleanly.

If a tree is overhanging, unsafe or simply too big for the space, we'll tell you honestly what it needs. We clear every scrap of green waste before we leave.
